My Place My Space

Stories written and performed by young people, aged 14 to 16 from Barking and Dagenham during COVID-19. These stories filmed in Barking Abbey Park, Barking Park, Eastbrookend Park, Greatfields Park, Mayesbrook Park and Parsloe's Park were created as part of the WriteBack programme through 2021.

Write Back is a registered charity working with young people from across Barking and Dagenham to build self esteem through creative storytelling.

The film was produced through collaboration of the storytellers and team at WriteBack, researchers and film makers working for the Stay Home Stories project.
