Liza is a PhD researcher at the University of Liverpool and a reproductive justice activist. She has worked as an allied health professional and has taken courses in cognitive neuroscience, gender and women’s studies. In recent years, she has conducted interviews with women with personal abortion experiences and health and social care professionals. She was born in Ukraine, grew up in Malta, has lived in Russia, and is currently based in England. As someone who has lived in multiple localities and as a migrant to the UK, she is interested in hearing about people’s experiences of home under COVID-19.
